CHECK BACK SOON-UPDATED 6/21/18
There are many choices when deciding where to receive counseling and I believe progress is best made on the individual level in a calm and private environment. I approach my sessions like a personal trainer, gradually increasing the difficulty during sessions while teaching you to help yourself. This involves a partnership between therapist and client that focuses on improvement and progress rather than on stigmatizing pathology.
Do research and educate yourself about different options. The path towards mental health arises from a good balance of physical health, intellectual awareness, emotional integration, and spiritual practice. We all have our own journey through life and I look forward to accompanying you on yours.
Choices accepts virtually every insurance and typically responds to emails within the same day.
