At the evaluation, we will discuss your options for treatment and I will outline a plan for you. By the end of the first session I will have come up with the core issues and will work with you to decide which treatment option will be best to reduce your symptoms.
Depending on the frequency, intensity and duration of your symptoms, I will recommend a treatment and will quickly individualize this to you. Sometimes only a few sessions is enough. For more chronic issues, a longer term and more intense treatment plan may be a better choice.
You will have the opportunity to ask any questions and I will be more than happy to answer them. I encourage you to do research and come to sessions well researched and well read. This will make you better able to advocate for yourself and increase your chances of success.
